<li>During your time as a Lean Manager (whether as a consultant or in industry), you will have garnered several years of experience in JIT, Jidoka, Heijunka, Standardization, Takt Time Cycle Time analysis in mixed product lines, Kanban, VSM, VSD, one piece flow, visual management, SMED, TPM, OEE, PDCA, Toyota&#8217;s Production Preparation Process (3P), TQC, Poka Yoke and Hoshin Kanri, which you can convey to the trainees using real life examples from your own experience.<br/>Moreover you have an in depth understanding of the relevant management principles and philosophy of the Toyota way. 
</li><li>You have a cosmopolitan approach and grew up or currently live in a multi-cultural environment.<br/>Ideally, you will have international work experience and are fluent in at least two, but preferably three, of the following languages, all of which are used in our trainings: German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Mandarin and Malay. 
</li><li>If you have completed Six Sigma training (BB or MBB), this would be beneficial. </li>]]></description>
