Responsibilities:
  • Responds to and resolves service related issues received from European customers and acts as a first line of relationship management.
  • Logging all requests received via the Client Support web site or via telephone inquiries.
  • Diagnoses the issues with the customer.
  • Resolves cases immediately or through other Concur departments in more complex cases.
  • Trains customers on basic production functionality.
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of Concur products including new releases and products.
  • Contributes knowledge-base information regarding Concur products or issues about Concur products.
  • Test new product functionality as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school/University degree
  • Min. 1 -2 years experience in a travel support role interfacing with customers or experience with troubleshooting software/hardware issues
  • Experience working with reservation systems (such as Amadeus, Worldspan, Sabre) and/or expense IT solution.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of German, French or other European languages is advantage.
  • Experience in supporting with multi-tier applications such as End user/Web server/DB server is a plus
  • Experience working with database technology, SQL scripting and enterprise PC/Mac LAN/VPN environments is a plus
  • Good troubleshooting capabilities
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
