Sales Manager - Europe
SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of customer sales activities for Europe, Middle East and Africa including emphasis on closing business and generating new business. Additional activities include managing customer relationships, participating in trade shows and conferences, and delivering customer presentations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Generates demand for InnerArmor® coatings and machines from customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
· Attends and actively participates in trade shows and technical conferences.
· Follows up on leads generated from Company marketing programs.
· Performs introductory technical presentations to potential clients.
· Coordinates Company resources to close business.
· Tracks and manages customer demonstrations/qualifications.
· Manages customer/Sub-One relationship.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent oral, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in English
· Fluency in other European languages highly desirable.
· Ability to gather information, analyze and present data.
· Requires initiative and ability to work independently toward results, devising new approaches to generate leads and develop business.
· Ability to effectively organize and plan daily activities and special projects.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Travel of up to 50% required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
· Five years technical sales experience.
