Tax Senior Consultant

Job description

• Supervision of the work of junior personnel on miscellaneous tax projects
• Preparation of high quality memoranda, reports and other deliverables
• Development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with client management
• Awareness of market opportunities and identification of potential areas for additional work
• Development of junior staff by providing clear direction and appropriate performance feedback

Knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of tax experience
• Fluent Russian and English
• Solid knowledge of Russian tax and accounting legislation
• Good communication skills (both English and Russian)
• Understanding of the audit process and procedures
• Ability to supervise several projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• University (Institute) degree
• Relevant Russian or international qualification is a plus but not a requirement.

Salary (salaries are reviewed annually effective 1 October of each year and are subject to revision for performance): RUR 850 000 – 1 500 000 gross p.a.
