This great company is in search of a Market Research Manager to join their fast paced and exciting team.  If you possess the following qualities, this role is for you:

 

  • project management experience

Overviews of duties in this role are:

 

  • Strategy: Works with manager and business to identify real requirement from research, and starts to build knowledge around appropriate techniques that can be applied.

 

  • Design: Support in the design of specific research projects, in conjunction with the internal client(s) and external agencies, ensuring that the research will meet the objectives set.

 

  • Project Management: Deliver research projects to the specification agreed with internal clients, on time and on budget. Keep stakeholders informed of progress, and obtain buy in at critical stages (e.g. sign off of questionnaire). Adhere to internal quality controls and requirements.

 

  • Methodological Capabilities: Good understanding of methodologies and where best to apply.

 

  • Statistical Rigour: Understands statistical techniques and where to apply.  Ability to learn and develop capability in executing statistical analysis.

 

  • Interpretation and sharing of results/ learnings: With support from manager, develop insights from the research undertaken.

 

  • Internal relationship management: Works with manager to review priorities regularly (quarterly) with key stakeholders and where appropriate amend research plans in accordance with new priorities.

 

  • External agency management: Manage external agencies and the design of projects, on a project by project basis.
