Sales Executive
The Company
Our client is a 100% subsidiary of a Western European telecommunications group. From its base in Bratislava, a holding company controls and develops activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, just two years after formation, local companies already exist in 5 countries. Our client’s business is taking over, developing and operating so-called neighbourhood networks, which are built up into city carriers.
Including its local operations, the holding company now employs a workforce in excess of 300 and generates an annual turnover of over €10 million. Realistic growth targets (takeovers and organic growth) will quickly produce a doubling of these figures.
Your Duties
The Sales Executive maximize the sales of a company's goods or services in many different settings. The role helps to ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of companies on the market
The Sales Executiveare also involved in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Typical work activities will depend on the market/setting. In addition, specific responsibilities will vary according to level of seniority. You will be responsible for our business and residential customers in all of our locations and, indirectly, for all sales staff (more than 100 people) in all 4 operation countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and Ukraine).
Requirements
In order to be able to perform these duties successfully, you will need to fulfil the following criteria:
Visit potential customers to acquire new business;
Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
There are a few additional requirements for the Sales Executive:
(b) Annual regional and local planning and budgeting
(c) Setting strategic objectives
(d) Restructuring and consolidating existing sales organizations
(e) Understanding top level objectives
The position, which is due to be filled as quick as possible, offers an attractive, performance-related remuneration package, consisting of fixed salary, bonus and a friendship payment.
