*Knowledge in site activities linked to the delivery of equipment and on a power plant installation and/or commissioning (Gas Turbines for instance)Well organized, ability to establish priorities and initiate problem solving techniquesStrong interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsLeadership skills, be able to energize a cross functional teamAbility to work within an international environment, in cross functional structureCustomer focused and result orientedExcellent analytical skills, negotiating and conflict resolution skills.

Planning Coordinator
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
By joining the Project Controls enabling function you will be the key driver of the project execution with a complete overall view of all projects and complete understanding of GE processes. Your work is to keep a global view to bring the support required by Project Controls Dpt and by the management to reach the client and the GE objectives.
Scheduling :
Develop, maintain and ensure the progress of Level 2 and Level 3 integrated schedule for Projects. This covers the engineering, procurement and site construction & commissioning activities. Provide to the project team regular reports on schedule status and issues. Follow and track the progress vs. baseline plan.
Portfolio activities :
Responsible for data collection of projects for all GE Thermal Europe activities and for the reporting. You will manage the preparation and the quality of operational reviews with the management. You will be also responsible of the cross functional follow up of projects, of the change orders and you will ensure advance warning that you will communicate to the project manager and the direction of PPS Europe. Ensure the tracking of measurements linked to project controls or of GE EPE.
Other tasks to reach success are:
*Challenge/improve current processes to better reach to contract requirements,
*Alert and propose action plans
*Coordinate upstream interfaces (Project follow-up, scheduling, Engineering, Sourcing, Site) of customers and suppliers of project controls to obtain the commitment and the success of projects.
