The Strategy Team has three main focus areas: Growth Solutions, Business Transformation and Financial Modelling.

We are currently seeking to recruit talented and knowledgeable professional to join the Growth Solutions team. The team provides direction and support for achieving sustainable, profitable and exceptional growth. We assist our international clients in envisioning and defining customized growth strategies for the future of its business as well as helping them realizing these strategies. BearingPoint Growth Solutions helps our clients blueprint a strategy for growth to capitalize on market opportunities through leveraging on existing capabilities (organic growth) and/or through achieving new capabilities through integrative growth.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- involved in complex projects, ensuring delivery of projects on time and on budget under challenging and adverse conditions
- provide expertise to our international clients in the complete spectrum of know-how related to successful growth strategy formulation and execution:
•Strategic (Business/Market) Research and analysis
•Business Portfolio Analysis
•Re-positioning studies
•Market development
•Integrative growth and mergers & acquisitions (including Commercial & market due diligence studies)
•Corporate Performance Improvement
- position involves high profile conduct and coordination in producing results for our client
- challenge clients on complex issues.

Profile of the suitable candidate:
-Educated to a Master degree (Business administration or Economics)
-Proven experience in a business transformation role
-Experience in one of the following sectors: Energy, Chemicals & Utilities, High Tech, Telecommunications or Financial sector is a must
-An analytical approach, strategic in thinking, a problem-solver with a sound financial / economic understanding and flexible
-Effective interpersonal and communication skills
-Solid project management skills and outstanding presentation skills
-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Has enthusiasm for challenging work for international clients and work in a stimulating environment.
