The ideal Candidate

• You are admitted to the Polish Bar
• You have extensive experience in the area of capital markets, therefore you have a proven track record of successful IPO’s
• You can provide with experience at one of the major international or local law firms
• You are able independently work on transactions
• You have drafted a number of prospectuses
• You have represented clients before the Polish SEC
• You have proven skills to communicate with clients
• You have participated in the preparation of disclosure documents in English and Polish.

 Description

• You will be an integrated member of the Capital Markets team
• You will be advising mainly international, in some cases also national clients
• You will draft prospectuses and represent clients before the Polish SEC
• The responsibilities include advising clients on, among others, complex financial products, convertible bonds, as well as all complying with state regulations / corporate governance of public companies

Compensation based on your experience.
