Manager of Eastern Europe Sourcing Center

Your role:

As manager and leader of the Eastern Europe Sour- cing Center, you will ensure effective operation of the Sourcing Center, focusing on providing optimal client service and generating content. You will manage people development and capability building for a team comprising 4 to 8 members.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service on a wide variety of global sourcing topics. The majority of this work will relate to operations and purchasing, and will be conducted in response to research requests from international consultant teams.

The team works together with suppliers and is res- ponsible for seeking, establishing, and maintaining relationships. The team also provides support during client sourcing diagnostics programs and is involved in knowledge development efforts, particularly in support of our global sourcing tools. In this leadership role you will need to ensure sufficient awareness of the EESC across the Firm by reaching out to our functional and industry practices.

You will play a key role in coordinating with the India, China, and Latin America Sourcing Centers to ensure a unified response and maximum impact for our clients. In addition, you will build and maintain rela- tionships with relevant industry and governmental agencies to support the sourcing requests.
