Call Centre Supervisor
The main purpose of this role is to supervise the overall running of the Call Centre. Within this role you will set, measure and deliver sales targets, ensuring that all members of the team perform to their full potential, maximising profit and sales opportunities at all times. You will monitor and measure the directional selling of each team member and you will maintain team motivation / morale.
The successful candidate will have strong supervisory experience from within the travel industry and will be capable of leading by example and developing the team to constantly meet and exceed targets. You will have a proven track record of working within a target driven sales environment and will ideally have experience of up-selling and cross-selling. It is essential that you have the ability to influence staff using your excellent people management, coaching and development skills.
Travel Advisor
The main purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and professional telephone service to customers looking to book a holiday. Maximising all sales and revenue opportunities you will sell products from our entire range in order to achieve your individual target. Within this role you will offer our customers a service that is second to none. You will build relationships in order to proactively sell and gain a loyal customer base for repeat bookings.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets. You will be extremely customer focussed and will go out of your way to ensure an excellent service is provided. You will extremely self motivated and target driven.
Operations Administrator
The main purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support to the Operations Department within Jet2holidays. You will answer and resolve any inbound queries and will fulfil and promote sales of holiday extras such as car hire, extra leg room seating etc. You will also deal with any pre-departure amendment requests from customers, provide customer support and consistent recording of passengers requiring wheelchair and medical assistance and accurately record all customer amendments.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of administration and will be skilled in Microsoft Office. It is essential that you are highly customer focussed with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels and in all situations. You must have knowledge of package travel and will be flexible in your approach to work, dealing with change easily. You will be capable of working alo.
