• Support & co-ordination of sales planning & marketing activities for allocated customers
  • Input to develop a business plan by country, prior to the start of each new business period
  • Propose individual annual sales targets for units and revenue
  • Market analysis, surveys and reports
  • Support for dealer meetings, kick-offs and exhibitions
  • Support the benchmarking of products and competitors
  • Plan & organize various kinds of sales and product trainings
  • Analyse & support Sales Management in regards to the national business strategy
  • Prepare and respond in a timely manner to Tender / Major Account requests
  • Maintain a customer CRM data base and co-ordination of reporting
  • Support & input for the budget and strategic planning
  • Proposal, preparation, implementation & monitoring of product promotions & price actions
  • Monitoring customer PSI and prepare with the Sales Manager monthly sales forecast
  • Co-ordinate A&P activities and control of A&P accounts & payments

    • International orientation
    • University degree or equivalent and first experiences in sales or consulting
    • Fluent English and Russian (min. Basic knowledge) is a must and any other European language is an asset
    • Good analytical, conceptual, numeric and financial skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
    • Creative and able to work under own
    • Availability to travel frequently
