Your role:
At McKinsey, we offer unique opportunities to use your knowledge creatively to influence others. As a Product Development Specialist, you will work in teams with colleagues and client staff from different functional areas, helping develop individualized solutions for Design-to-Cost and Design-to-Market projects and new product development processes based on simultaneous engineering and quality gates. You will then support our clients in implementing these changes.
As well as working on client projects, you will also help develop our methods and consulting approach, whilst continuously developing your own skills.

Your profile:
  • You have professional experience in product development, product optimization/value analysis, running R&D projects, or technical and commercial supplier management
  • You have an excellent university or technical college degree, with a technical or business specialization
  • You combine solid technical knowledge with outstanding analytical skills
  • You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team
  • You are confident, enthusiastic, personable, and mobile
  • You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communications – in the language of the country where you will work, as well as in English.
