As part of their dynamic growth strategy they are seeking a number of Key Account Managers for a Pan European portfolio of major customers from the manufacturing, automotive, retail and fmcg sectors.
The Role:
You will develop business growth and manage the relationship between CHEP and a portfolio of Pan European accounts by developing and executing a mutually agreed strategic European customer plan to increase potential business in line with commercial policy, assuring account profitability, increasing customer satisfaction and customer value added benefits.
Specifically:
· Produce & implement a business plan for each account within the portfolio, supporting strategic plans and ensuring consistency and commercial integrity of approach across
· Achieve revenue performance, account profitability, growth, cash management and FTR for each of the pan European accounts in portfolio
· Account implementation & roll out
· Account management including customer needs identification, issue resolutions, efficiency improvement, price negotiations, competitor analysis and continuous improvement
· Business development using business and market knowledge to identify and analyse opportunities, propose approved quotes and prices for new flows, products and services and negotiate until a final proposal is agreed.
· Integrate where possible the customer’s supplier in order to reduce cost and increase the business whilst improving the profitability.
· Inform the customer about new development of products and service opportunities.
The Candidate:
· High class Degree educated

· High achievement of results within a cross cultural matrix environment
Further academic qualifications such as MBA or MSc as well as a European language besides English are highly desirable.
