Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Reporting to the Regional Channel Manager, responsible for achieving the assigned sales volume by selling and promoting lighting products to new and existing customers
* Identify new business opportunities with focusing on lighting projects
* Develop and maintain relationship with distributors, creating demand for GE's lighting products
* Execution of sales plans and strategies
* Develop account plans and execute them
* Active participation in collecting due invoices
* Resolve customer issues and build strong customer relationships
* Communicate promotions, new products to customers
* Collect and analyze market dynamics, track competition's activity

Qualifications/Requirements:
* 3+ years sales experience - preferably in lighting market
* Preferably degree in Electrical engineering
* Strong negotiating and communication skills
* Product knowledge is an advantage
* Fluent English and local language knowledge for business negotiations and presentations
* Excellent analytical skills
* Self started, results oriented
* Proactive thinking and acting
* Ability to work independently
* Well structured

* Organization skills
* PC/IT skills
* High energy level
* B category driving license
