Your Responsibilities ...As a member of our international consulting team you will work closely with our clients to analyse and implement Lean Manufacturing projects. As a Lean Practitioner with a sound understanding of lean tools, you have the ability to lead Kaizen events and conduct training in Lean Manufacturing principles. Your Profile ...
- We are looking for university graduates who have just finished their education or with approx. 3 years business experience. Lean experience will be very helpful but not mandatory if you have the right attitude and personality.
- During our projects, which last from 3 to 6 months, you quickly grasp and understand processes in a structured way and possess the ability to collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- You take personal responsibility to ensure that objectives are met.
- Ideally, you will have international work experience, a cosmopolitan approach, willingness to travel and work in a team environment.
- You are fluent in one of the following East European languages: Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian and English or German - preferably both.
- Your personal qualities include: Strong leadership, decision making, drive for results, effective problem solving, customer focus and integrity.
- You have excellent communication skills in writing, interviewing, persuasion and presentation.
This is a permanent position with extensive, constant travel to project locations throughout Europe. A typical workweek entails flying to the work site on Monday morning and returning home Friday afternoon. Relocation is never required, but proximity to a major airport is.
