Responsibilities:

Providing team leadership and day-to-day management in a complex retail project. Strongly committed to customer satisfaction, with high attributes of initiative, leadership and tenacity. Must be keen on details and with good sense of judgment.

 

Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients and good cohesion and team dynamics within the company. Manage and monitor sales figures, budgets, payroll and other controllable expenses. The job requires you to play a critical role in the development of the company business operations and management capability.  This is an excellent opportunity for a senior business operation manager or energetic business operation manager who is ready to make the move and join an established high profile business operation management team.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Ideal applicant will have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
  • Background in shopping mall management/ development.
  • Extensive knowledge of international retail brands and their operations.
  • Management/ supervisory experience and the ability to manage lead and motivate a team within an international environment.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Keen on details and good sense of judgment.
  • Strategic Thinking and proven creative abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under a deadline and in a multiple demand environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Fluent in English and (Mandarin is an advantage)
