Our client is professional and dynamic organisation that has grown into one of Europe's leading FMCG companies. They are based in Dublin 15 and are currently looking to recruit a payroll administrator to join their finance team. Our client is offering the opportunity to work in a fast moving and growing business, where exceptional performance is rewarded.

 

Job Duties Include:

·         Maintaining the time and attendance system

·         Full administration of payroll operation using SAGE micropay and the associated record keeping

·         Ensuring legislative and revenue changes are enacted

·         Dealing with employee and revenue queries

·         Periodic ad hoc duties

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

·         Strong ability with drive the development & re-engineer payroll reporting framework

·         Ability to work as a team member, effective under pressure to consistently achieve challenging deadlines with a strong desire for continuous personal improvement

·         Working knowledge of Sage or similar payroll packages

·         Attention to detail is fundamental to the role

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel

 

Benefits Package:

·        Basic Salary of €32,000 - €35,000
