Global Mobility Coordinator
Compensation & Reward Department
Compensation & Reward is a function in our Business Unit People & Culture responsible for all areas within compensation and reward globally, including conceptualizing, supporting systems, employee conditions and moving employees across borders.
Responsibilities and tasks
Lifecycle management for a number of expatriate’s world wide, including
- Calculation of assignment salaries
- Preparation of assignment contracts
- Consultancy on immigration procedures
- Consultancy on social security routines
- Consultancy on pension issues
- Up-date of cross border moves in our SAP HR system
- Up-date and management of internal procedures
Qualifications and work experience
- Solid and documented work experience in managing expatriations from a international company
- Understanding of cultural differences between countries
- Knowledge of immigration- or social security procedures in different countries or regions is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- English written and spoken fluently
