Reporting to the Head of Construction and respective Project Managers, these new positions will manage the construction processes on new projects that Hines will be undertaking in Moscow and Moscow Region.

The key requirements of this position are:
· 3+ years of construction management experience working on Class A projects. Construction Managers must have completed two full-cycle projects from start to finish.
·A university degree in construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering from a leading university.
·Experience in working with international design teams, contractors and international clients.
·Proven track record in the management of a construction team and works contractors.
·Experience in the management of tender processes and the constracting of consultants and works contractors.
·Cost control and cost assessment analysis, including cash flow analysis during construction period. Significant contract management and contract correspondence experience.
·Strong knowledge of Russian construction norms, fire regulations and the building state commissioning process.
·Fluent English language skills.
