Responsible for the Academic Director for Research, he/she will have to :
- Carry out an individual research mission in his/her specialty field bridging a gap between the areas of research within the School.
- Develop his/her research mission in the form of academic publications
- Maintain pedagogical innovation and transfers between research and pedagogy (creation and teaching of specialized courses)
- Participate in the life of the establishment (juries, research meetings etc.)

Requirements:
 Possess a doctorate or a PhD in Management Science
 Be active in Management Science (conferences, publications)
 Be skilled in human relations
 Possess a driving licence and own a vehicle
 Be available for Business trips in France and abroad
