W 3 Professorship in Work and Organizational Psychology

In reference to § 61 section 7 Hessisches Hochschulgesetz (HHG) and conditions of employment according to § 62 HHG, the following profile in research and teaching has to be met:
Applicants should have a scientific reputation that is distinguished internationally and a history of successfully acquired research grants. The applicants’ teaching portfolio should cover the complete area of Work and Organizational Psychology. Moreover, the candidates should possess English teaching skills and be excellently embedded in the international research community. They should be prepared to build an outstanding research program linked to the existing research focuses of the faculty and they should be ready to cooperate on an interdisciplinary level. A contribution within the scope of the Entrepreneurship Clusters Mittelhessen would be appreciated. The JLU is designated in the support of young academics and actively participates in the LOEWE research program of Hessen. Tasks in teaching comprise representation of the department of Work and Organizational Psychology in the Bachelor and Master Program of Psychology as well as education of students in the minor studies. Proficient knowledge of German is expected.
