We are looking for a talented experienced Spa Manager to work in our fabulous 1400 square meters spa on the beautiful island of Hvar in Croatia.

The Spa boasts a roof top seawater pool, variety of treatments on offer and luxurious atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

Complete management responsibility of the Spa including hiring, training and managing staff, ensuring quality control and fiscal responsibility;

assisting in the development, management, sales and marketing of  programs and services;

developing and adhering to annual/monthly operating budget and revenue projections, while evaluating the respective market situation to adapt services;

other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in a Spa Management Position in Europe, the United States or Asia with relevant certifications;

Management experience in Spa Development;

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills;

Good understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service;

Fluent English, fluency in Croatian and other European languages strongly desired.
