• Responsible for driving, achieving the team target as well as managing his/her own patch. (Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Serbia)
• The Team leader has the responsibility for driving and executing Sales driven Campaigns
• Responsible for developing employees through coaching.
• Motivate employees to excellent individual and team performance as well as personal development.
• Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager
• Co-ordinates team effort across organisational boundaries and networks of people to improve work effectiveness.
• Implement agreed action plan/s and forecast/s to ensure attainment of business goals.
• Plan and track activity across partners, direct reports, marketing and the Territory Development Consultant group.

At least 2 years experience in a Spa Management Position in Europe, the United States or Asia with relevant certifications;

Management experience in Spa Development;

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills;

Good understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service;

Fluent English, fluency in Croatian and other European languages strongly desired.
