* A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or computer related field
* At least 2 years computer trouble-shooting experience in a call center environment. Able to troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues quickly and effectively in a PC environment.
* Knowledge of client/server environment and Microsoft SQL is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
* Proactive behaviour with a strong problem solving orientation.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team and share ideas to help the team succeed.
