·          Track record within a customer facing role within a matrix multinational environment

·          Sales/Customer service expertise within a B2B service environment where analysis and business development was a key success factors

·          Experience of working financial measures and KPI’s

·          High achievement of results within a cross cultural matrix environment

• 2-3 years in similar positions, in general experience in Finance Area. Experience in American multinationals will be a plus.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Very fluent, orally and written, in English is a must. Good level of Spanish is desirable.

■         Track record of successes in risk / portfolio management gained in consumer finance sector

■         Experience of managing of analysis (e.g. product profitability analysis, financial analysis)

■         Management of project teams

■         Undertaken projects in banking, consumer finance or insurance

■         Strong facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.

■         Excellent people management and development skills

■         Fluent English, knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous but is not a must
