Must have a proven track record of successful sales in an architecture, fashion, interior or furniture sales environment. A full current driving licence is essential. A degree in an architecture, design or arts-related subject is an advantage, but not required. Is required the ability to speak at least one of these languages: English, Italian or German. Working from home dealing in tiles and interior designs, you will generate sales by identifying and developing design/architecture market sector opportunities for product applications. · 3+ years of construction management experience working on Class A projects. Construction Managers must have completed two full-cycle projects from start to finish.
·A university degree in construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering from a leading university.
·Experience in working with international design teams, contractors and international clients.
·Proven track record in the management of a construction team and works contractors.
·Experience in the management of tender processes and the constracting of consultants and works contractors.
·Cost control and cost assessment analysis, including cash flow analysis during construction period. Significant contract management and contract correspondence experience.
·Strong knowledge of Russian construction norms, fire regulations and the building state commissioning process.
·Fluent English language skills.

We are looking for university graduates who have just finished their education or with approx. 3 years business experience. Lean experience will be very helpful but not mandatory if you have the right attitude and personality.

During our projects, which last from 3 to 6 months, you quickly grasp and understand processes in a structured way and possess the ability to collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

You take personal responsibility to ensure that objectives are met.
