University degree (PhD), preferably in plant molecular biology

3 years experience in management of research projects in plant molecular biology in academia or industry

Experience in national and/or international research collaborations

Solid knowledge of plant molecular biology methodologies

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Quality Engineer Manager is responsible for all quality aspects of the Subsea Production Systems - Manifolds and Connection Systems engineering team:

Assume quality assurance leadership role in all aspects of quality engineering and associated documentation for the assigned processes.

Apply technical and quality knowledge and practical experience to the analysis, investigation, and solution of complex process problems to assure that prompt and effective action is taken to prevent or, as necessary, resolve quality issues.

Ensure procedures are consistent with the ones applied by the Engineering teams working on subsea systems and EPC, with the target to streamline interface management and project execution.

Implement changes to improve processes and product quality, optimize production of quality at the source, and eliminate failures/losses.

Maintain quality assurance programs and procedures, and assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
