  • Support & co-ordination of sales planning & marketing activities for allocated customers
  • Input to develop a business plan by country, prior to the start of each new business period

  • You are responsible for the sale and promotion of the company’s products on this market;
  • Involvement in determining products and/ market skill required;
  • At least a few years of experience in support & sales to carriers in Europe, preferable in the EEC;

    Iris Ceramica SpA is currently seeking native candidates to work in Latvia-Lithuania-Estonia. Temporary contract initially for one year with the possibility of becoming permanent. Must have a proven track record of successful sales in an architecture, fashion, interior or furniture sales environment. A full current driving licence is essential. A degree in an architecture, design or arts-related subject is an advantage, but not required. Is required the ability to speak at least one of these languages: English, Italian or German. Working from home dealing in tiles and interior designs, you will generate sales by identifying and developing design/architecture market sector opportunities for product applications. The pay is negotiable according to experience and there will eventually be further company benefits.

  • Have graduated from a technical university in economics, electrical engineering or a similar discipline ;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
    Visit potential customers to acquire new business;
    Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements and closing sales;
  • Gather market and customer information;
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions;
  • Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
  • Check quantities of goods on display and in stock;
    • Fluent in English. One of the following languages is a bonus: French, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
    • University graduates with a sound knowledge of international political, business and economic affairs. 
    • Sales orientated (experience in sales jobs preferable but not essential).
